STRENGTH ONE
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 11:45 AM
Full Body One will challenge you while introducing you to proper strength training techniques. This workout should represent 70% of your exercise routine. Build muscle, lose fat, increase your VO2 max (heart stuff) while gaining strength and increasing mobility will be achieved in Full Body One. It is a 30 minute session which includes a warm up, two sets of 10 stations and then a cool down. Each class is tailored to your individual needs using body weight, weights, TRX, ropes and our world famous sled dog.

STRENGTH TWO (Excelled)
Full Body Two will build muscle, lose fat, increase your VO2 max (heart stuff), gain strength and increase mobility. This class is full impact. It is built for the athlete to challenge you to reach beyond your current boundaries. It WILL push you to the next level and beyond where you believe you have peaked.
