CARDIO DANCE
This cardio dance class offers clean but fun music such as: Hip Hop, Pop, Latin and other genres with aerobic moves to tone and tighten your body. Choreography is specifically created to work all music groups. You will increase blood flow, oxygen level, and heart rate.
CLASS LEVEL: ALL (Modifications Provided)
Core/Stretch/Strength Fusion
Strengthening the entire body through a range of motions. Our focus is on increasing your balance, strength, and flexibility in order to lengthen muscle, tone muscle, and improve core stability.
NOTE: Most people begin with this class if they are not ready to take a dance fitness class yet. Not to mention, for those who are middle aged, this is a great way to prepare our bodies to be strong, surgery free, and painless.
