CLASSES AND GROUP TRAINING

CHAIR CLASS

This 30 minute class, taught by Master Trainer and Special Populations Specialist, Doug Rotondi, is a fun way to exercise, lose fat, gain mobility and establish a foundation for those with balance, gait, or health issues. Each session will feature a warm-up, body weight exercises and a cool down. This challenging class is fun upbeat and super beneficial to those who have a hard time moving around without a little assistance.

Join Dance Fitness Instructor, Paige Coffey, for an introductory flexibility class. This is a great class for anyone needing more flexibility, but may not be ready for the higher intensity flex workout. Stretching is crucial and most people don't spend time in this area, especially people who sit behind a desk everyday. Flex One will afford you with a new level of muscle optimization while challenging you at the same time. (Starting in December)

FLEX ONE (Low Impact)

Ramp up your ROM (Range of Motion) with Paige Coffey in this intermediate flexibility class. This class will prove overall function and challenge you through greater ranges of motion while also strengthening your total body and core. Advanced modifications will be offered to those who have progressed beyond intermediate flexibility levels. (Starting in December)
